A white wooden house from a bygone era with a well maintained garden in a sprawling area located at a busy intersection. A grand Cebu heritage house, Circa 1900's Casa Uno used to be the mansion of Dr. Jose Castillo at the start of the 20th century. It has been restored into a restaurant, piano bar and function space that opened in March 2014. I think this is a good example of adaptive reuse with great respect for its heritage and architectural integrity.
